1. 2025 Acura TLX Type S: 0-60 In 4.7 Seconds
Currently, the fastest Acura sedan for the 2025 model year, the TLX Type S, is the most impressive, being able to reach 60 MPH from a dead stop in just 4.7 seconds. It comes equipped with a 3.0L Turbo V6 engine that supports 355 horsepower and 354 lb.-ft. of torque and can reach a top speed of 155 miles per hour. Many people love the TLX Type S because it's an attainable yet powerful Acura sports car that delivers exceptional value compared to other performance cars on the market. And since it's a Type S model, you can expect all of the incredible driving enhancements that improve your precision and handling. Not to mention, the TLX Type S is a 10-speed auto for smoother shifts.
2. 2025 Acura MDX Type S: 0-60 In 5.5 Seconds
As the fastest Acura SUV, the MDX Type S has very similar stats to the TLX Type S when it comes to engine specs. It also has a 3.0L Turbo V6 engine with 355 horsepower and 354 lb.-ft. of torque, which is a great step up from its base model, which has 290 HP. The top speed may be a tad lower at 112 miles per hour, but that's a decent compromise considering that the MDX is a three-row SUV, so it's bulkier than the nimble TLX. But since it's a Type S model, you'll still get the fancy precision and handling upgrades. The MDX Type S also supports a 10-speed transmission for a smooth drive.
3. 2025 Acura RDX: 0-60 In 6.2 Seconds
Being the second-fastest Acura SUV for the current model year, the RDX can reach 60 in 6.2 seconds. That's still rather impressive considering that it comes with a smaller 2.0L Turbo Inline-4 engine. Despite the smaller engine, you can still run on 272 horsepower with 280 lb.-ft of torque. The RDX has a top speed of 112 MPH and a decent fuel rating of a combined 24 MPG. Plus, you still get the smoothness of a 10-speed automatic transmission. When you put everything together, the RDX is a valid choice for those looking for a well-balanced SUV.
4. 2025 Acura Integra: 0-60 In 6.8 Seconds
Of course, a list of the fastest Acuras wouldn't be complete without the Integra. The standard Integra can get to 60 MPH in 6.8 seconds, while the performance-oriented Integra Type S (available as a separate model) can achieve 0-60 in just 5.1 seconds. The standard Integra features a 1.5L Turbo Inline-4 engine that can support 200 horsepower and 192 lb.-ft. of torque and bring you a top speed of 135 miles per hour. For those who enjoy manual driving, both Integra models are available with a 6-speed manual transmission, which is becoming rare as many brands shift toward electric and automatic transmissions. If manual isn't your style, you can also choose the CVT model for the standard Integra.
