The squad secured a late-race triumph in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship for the second consecutive year. In fact, Blomqvist didn't seize the lead until the very last lap, when the two cars ahead had to pit for fuel. The intensity was palpable as the contenders dueled fiercely for supremacy. Earlier in June, the team also raced to victory at the Detroit Grand Prix during the closing stages.

Kakunoshin Ohta to make IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship Debut 
Honda driver Kakunoshin Ohta, a Honda Formula Dream Project graduate, is set to compete in the 2025 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in the premier GTP class. Ohta will join the Acura Meyer Shank Racing team, driving the Curb Agajanian No. 93 car. He will be behind the wheel of the Acura ARX-06, a vehicle designed and developed by Honda Racing Corporation USA. Ohta is slated to participate in three races, making his debut at the Rolex 24 at Daytona.
